Driver Instrument Panel for T – 72 / T – 90 Tanks

The T-72 is a second generation Main Battle Tank which is one of the most widely produced tanks of recent times. Further this has been developed as T-90. The Driver Instrument Panel (DIP), which consist of Automatic Circuit Breakers and Analog indicators providing vital information and critical parameters i.e. Speed, Fuel level, Pressure, Temperature, Battery Voltage, Engine RPM, Odometer, Vehicle actual run time etc. PEIL manufactures Driver’s Instrument Panel for all the variants of T-72 & T-90 Tanks. Viz. BLT, Command, Gun, TRAWL (Mine Sweeper), ARV etc.

Hull Electrical Panel for ICV BMP – II

The BMP – II is a second generation amphibious Infantry Combat Vehicle. The Hull electrical control panel for the BMP II displays vital parameters i.e. Battery Voltage, Speed, Temperature, Pressure and also consists of various control switches, indicators to control and position the electrical systems in the hull of the vehicle.

PEIPL manufactures and supplies the complete hull electrical equipment including sending units (sensors) as well, for all the variants of Infantry Combat Vehicle, Viz. BMP – Gun tank, BMP – Command tank, BMP – Ambulance.

Turret Electrical Equipment – Kit – B

Turret Electrical Equipment Kit “B” is a critical assembly of an Infantry Combat Vehicle that carries out the complete management of various complex activities of the turret. Pricol Engineering has successfully developed and manufactured such sophisticated systems for combat vehicles and naval ships.

  • Control unit: Control unit acts as the heart of the Infantry Combat Vehicle. With extremely complex, highly reliable and fool proof relay logic, it acts like a control unit for complete operations of the tank.
  • KP-25: It consists of several Automatic Circuit Breakers which distributes current to various circuits of control unit and limits the current rate in each circuit.
  • KP-60: It acts as relay for heating sight glass of periscope to get clear vision.
  • Limit switch: It acts as signal sending unit.

Distribution Box KP175 – 3C

Distribution Box KP175-3C is the most critical Sub-Assembly of Automatic Loader System of Tank T-72. It controls the complete activities of the Auto Loader System and houses numerous relays and contactors to perform various logic activities. Upon activation of Automatic Loading Gear, it sends and receives the control signals to and from related sub-assemblies to act in a respective predetermined operational sequence, except in manual mode.
