Wind Shield Washer Kits

Wind shield washer system with motor pumps produced to deliver a consistent water jet with a flow rate of 1000cc/minute and injection pressure more than 1.2 kg/sq.cm. Jet nozzles, HDPE and PP tanks have been designed for use under a wide range of environmental conditions throughout the world, including excessively cold and hot climates. We manufacture this at Satara plant for catering to Indian and overseas OEMs like Tata Motors, Maruti Suzuki, Mahindra & Mahindra, Kubota Corporation- Japan,Force Motors etc.

Hour RPM meter counts the hours, based on alternator signals, the signal is mostly taken from ‘W-Point’ and indicates the corresponding Engine rpm. Incorporated hour meter shows true engine hours. Suitable for most petrol and diesel engines. Very accurate and stable indication due to micro controller based aircore movement. LCD hour counter and back light provided for clear visibility at night condition. Hour counter starts counting when the speed of the engine reached above idle rpm.

Hour counter counts and displays the time of the vehicle or machine has been used. Suitable for all machines and all types of vehicles.Highly accurate and stable hour counting with microcontroller based design.

Modern electronic design for rpm meter with digital hour counting, indicates the engine running rpm and displays the hours of the vehicle used. Plug and play PCBs are embedded to make more flexible design. Possible installation by direct connection to alternator (W) or pickup sensor.

All gauges are provided with backlight and suitable for all marine applications. Separate gauges for fuel, pressure and temperature indication and designed with world class technology for accuracy and performance. Voltmeter and Ammeter monitors charge and battery condition with precision. Hour meter starts counting when the engine speed is above idle rpm.
