Control Console for WDG4, WDP4, WDP4B Locomotives

Pricol Engineering manufactures Driver’s Control console for fitment in WDG4, WDP4, WDP4B type Locomotives. It is housed in the locomotive cab for movement of locomotive in forward / reverse direction. The control console is
mounted with all the operation and indication devices which are needed for Loco pilot to interact with the Locomotive. There are two control consoles used in each locomotive – one is to move the loco in forward direction and another for reverse direction.

Control Desk for Dual Cab Locomotive

This new version of Control console is used in dual cab locomotives – WDP4D & WDG4D. There are two consoles housed at both ends of locomotives. The control desk is mounted with all operating and indication devices which are needed for the loco pilot to operate the Locomotive. These consoles are also fitted with LCD displays which indicates locomotive operating conditions

Switch Board Cabinet

The Switch Board Cabinet for LHP EOG Coaches is designed and manufactured to control all the power / control switchgear in a coach. This includes lighting, air conditioning, hotel load, pump control, sanitary system and public address system etc. These are designed for LHP type AC EOG Coaches suitable for 3 Phase, 750 volts, 50 Hz train line system. The switch Board Cabinet For LHP EOG Coaches manufactured and supplied as custom built to ICF Specification.

Driver Desk for EMU (MRVC)

PEIPL developed first Drivers cab for AC-DC EMU in collaboration with M/s Siemens for MRVC phase-1 project. These desks have been ergonomically designed with crew frindly features to reduce fatuge and stress to the pilots. This also includes state of art Human Machine Interface (HMI) to provide current status of working equipments, message, fault diagnostic etc.

Electrical Control Cabinet for EMU (MRVC)

ECC is main electrical input unit for the Driver’s desk developed and manufactured by Pricol in collaboration with M/s. Siemens for the MRVC-1 project, All the signals and controls to and from the driver’s desk are processed by the ECC. It is hybrid (SS & MS) fabrication housing with PLC and other controls. It is the nerve center of all the electrical and electronic inputs of various parameters and operationsof the EMU. This consists of extensive cabling, relays, contactors, miniature circuit breakers and switches of various parameters.
